What happens after port arrival
A shipment may pass through arrival awaiting clearance, clearance completed awaiting container collection, transfer to the overseas warehouse, unloading and counting, then final delivery. Port arrival does not mean cargo is ready for marketplace delivery. Clearance completion does not mean it has reached the warehouse. Start a progress discussion with the stage actually completed.
Check the destination and progress before booking
In E-Ter’s workflow, the salesperson notifies the customer after clearance. Marketplace sellers can then discuss container collection, unloading and counting progress with their contact before checking the warehouse code and appointment plan. This article does not set marketplace labelling or booking rules; use the platform’s current instructions and the shipment’s agreed delivery scope.
Discuss rebooking when estimates change
ETD and ETA are estimated departure and arrival times. Subsequent stages also affect delivery. If progress may miss an appointment, verify the situation with your contact and discuss rebooking. Keep the appointment details available for the team to check.
Check the receipt for the actual shipment
E-Ter’s marketplace deliveries normally retain appointment and platform receipt records. For a receiving-quantity query, provide the shipment reference and carton marks so the team can check the corresponding records. This describes company coordination, not an official Amazon or Noon commitment.
